Zagato and La Squadra collaborated to create an exclusive project: the AGTZ Twin Tail, based on the Alpine A110 and inspired by the Alpine A220 Le Mans.

+ Couple transforms a 12-meter-long school bus into a beautiful home on wheels.
The car features a customized design reminiscent of the A220, with the advantage of a removable rear that can be switched between a long-tail and a short-tail model. This flexibility provides owners with two cars in one, preserving Zagato’s Gran Turismo tradition.

Zagato CEO, Andrea Zagato, emphasized that the goal was not to create a pure racing car but to capture the essence and design innovation of the short-tail A220. Although performance specifications have not been disclosed, the AGTZ Twin Tail is considered more of an artwork than a high-performance vehicle.

With only 19 planned units, each with a considerable price of around $700,000 before taxes, the car is already scheduled to be showcased at prestigious events such as the I.C.E. in St. Moritz, Switzerland, and the Concorso d’Eleganza in Villa d’Este, Italy, in May 2024.
